Reframe the problem before you solve it.

The ReFramer takes your problem statement and plays it back through 3–5 disciplined reframing lenses — surfacing hidden assumptions, embedded solutions, and the deeper human need underneath. Then your group votes on which problems most deserve to be solved first.

The 30-second idea — a reframe changes the solution space

Object frame

“Design a new vase.”

The problem is treated as replacing the broken object. Solutions stay narrow.

Function frame

“Design a better way to store and display flowers.”

The problem moves from the object to the job it performed.

Human-purpose frame

“Design a more meaningful way to connect busy humans with the natural world.”

The problem moves to the underlying human need — and the solution space explodes.

A reframe is not prettier wording. Each layer above makes different solutions possible — that is what The ReFramer does to your problem, live, with your team.

1

Reframe

State your problem, who it affects, and your evidence. Get back a neutral restatement, hidden-assumption flags, and 3–5 reframing cards with How-Might-We questions.

2

Promote

Pick the reframe that unlocked the most and promote it to your group's shared leaderboard.

3

Vote

Your group scores each problem — impact vs effort, or plain usefulness — and the board ranks what deserves solving first, live.
